Hello, Would someone have ever heard or developed any Item Response Models library for R ? Of course, a Rasch model can be estimated through glm() but it is not the case for more complex (polytomous) response models. For those interested in Item Response models in R, please consult the following URL: http://ssm.sf.net We would greatly appreciate help integrating our existing C++ parameter estimation code into R. I have completed the graphics functions and am just about finished with the fit indices (all in R/S code), however, I still use the estimation code outside R. Brian, we have both dichotomous as well as polytomous (generalized partial credit model) parameter estimation procedures. The code is released under a suitable license for R folks. If anyone who has R and C++ knowledge would be willing to help, we would greatly appreciate it.
