Certainly. My laptop has 3 R installations, S-PLUS 4.5, 2000 and a release
candidate of S-PLUS 6.0 under NT, and I have nearly as many on my W2k box.
Just keep the paths separate to avoid any confusing: I use c:\S and c:\R.
In both cases it is better to avoid paths with spaces in, as the compilers
don't like them much (or not at all for S-PLUS 2000).
