[Rails] Ruby on Rails/Java Intermediate Developer - Silicon Valley
Ruby on Rails/Java Intermediate Developer - Silicon Valley We can''t say what we are building, but trust us it is very cool. If you are an innovative and creative developer that wants to build cutting edge software then we want you to join our team. You will be helping to advance the development of our Web application. While our entire codebase is written in Ruby on Rails, no prior experience with this language is required (although it would be nice). If you have Java experience then you will be able to pickup this language quickly enough. The candidate must live and breath the Internet. We want a candidate that experiments with technology and writes software in their spare time as a hobby. The candidate must know Javascript, DHTML and Ajax inside and out. Candidates will only be considered if they develop a sample web service that lets a user upload and edit a txt file using Java or Ruby on Rails. Perhaps you also allow a user to set a password for others to download this file. Host your application somewhere and send us the URL and the source code to ecakarel@yahoo.com. Best, Efe Cakarel
