Rails - May 2006 - Can someone help me in creating DSN in Unix Environment?

I am facing some issues in creating DSN in Unix Environment.
  So please let me know if anyone could find some solutions for creating 
DSN for ODBC connection(ODBC Adapter).
Can some body help me out how to create DSN (ODBC) one by one.
