zfs discuss - Dec 2009 - invalid mountpoint ''mountpoint=legacy'' ?

Anyone seen this odd message ? It seems a tad counter intuitive.

I hate it when I do that .. 30 secs later I see -m mountpoint which is a
Property but not specified as -o foo-bar format.
