Hi there, my first post (yay). I have done much googling and everywhere I look I see people saying "just browse to https://localhost:6789 and it is there". Well its not, I am running 2009.06 (snv_111b) the current latest stable release I do believe? This is my first major foray into the world of Opensolaris (previous FreeBSD admin and then Debian/Ubuntu). I understand the pkg is called SUNWzfsg ? But searching for this yields no results, there is no service called "webconsole" installed or running or online or offline. Personally I am more than happy to use the CLI tools to manage ZFS storage, however I will need to be able to let others use the system who are more use to GUI''s to manage such things and my hope is that they are far less likely to break things. I have seen some mention of the SXCE version but apparently support for this finished last month? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks. -- This message posted from opensolaris.org
You need Solaris for the zfs webconsole, not OpenSolaris.
