Config is attached. However , it seems to to me like udev detection issue.
I would try official tarball 3.4.1 with 2.6.30.2 xenified kernel.
It works fine on top Ubuntu 9.04 Server.

With stock 2.6.18.8 kernel works ok.

I have had this problem before and found that in the /etc/udev/rules.d/ directory there should be a file named "xen-backend-rules". Do you see that? Yes, it''s there, but on Ubuntu 9.04 Server it gets created automatically after CS 19668. On F11 it also gets created automatically. 1. Do you mean it might fail in certain environment ? 2.
