hi. I am doing some research in order to buy a fencing device (power swtich) to implement in my 2 or 3 nodes red hat production cluster that will host 10-12 xen virtual machines. Which one is recommended apc master or hp ilo? Any tips will be greatly appreciated. Exact models will be nice to extend my research on limited devices. Thanks ! we are using simple 230V/8A "fencing" switches from allnet. they have
1 power jack. since they have an integrated web browser you can control them via
curl or wget.

We use many APC masterswitches. Accessable via web browser (good) and SNMP (better) -- Randy www.FastServ.com ---------- Original Message ----------- From: "Paras pradhan" <pradhanparas@gmail.com> To: "Xen Users" <xen-users@lists.xensource.com> Sent: Tue, 9 Dec 2008 16:50:46 -0600 Subject: [Xen-users] Node Fencing devices> hi. > > I am doing some research in order to buy a fencing device (power > swtich) to implement in my 2 or 3 nodes red hat production cluster > that will host 10-12 xen virtual machines.
