[Xen-users] Can''t start domU after upgrade to xen3.3.0

I have a 64bit server with centos5.2 as dom0, previously had xen 3.2.0-0xs

I downloaded xen 3.3.0 tarball and did a make world
then yum removed xen and xen-libs
and did a make install
tweaked grub.conf to suit and rebooted

xen and dom0 load, xend and xenstored are running

eth0/peth0 bridge is started, I can SSH to the dom0

xm start mydomU complains
"Error: Device 0 (vif) could not be connected. Hotplug scripts not
working."

files in /etc/xen/scripts look ok.

/var/log/xen/xen-hotplug.log is empty, I can''t see anything else of
interest in /var/log/xen/xend.log

Any suggestions?

I thought this might be due to my "(network-script
network-bridge-wrapper)" script which sets up eth1 and well as eth0,
so took it out but made no difference, xen-hotplug.log still empty,
any clues how to trace what''s going on?

You can add +x to the shell scripts (the network scripts), which should produce
output to the system logger (i.e syslog)

Also, sometimes xenstore-* commands can help.

I already tried a "set +x" in xen-hotplug-common.sh but that only
seemed to give me stuff in xen-hotplug.log related to disks, I tried
the same in vif-bridge and xen-network-common.sh but got no logging
from those.
