Hi all,
I created 2 VM on one machine, and installed Apache Server on each of them.
But I can only access to one Apache.
However, the configuration for the two VM are exactly the same!!
What do you think the problem may be with the second VM?
Many thanks to you for any idea!!
Freddie

Which OSs are you virtualizing? I take it that you have opened your port on both machines through your OS firewall. ________________________________ From: xen-users-bounces@lists.xensource.com [mailto:xen-users-bounces@lists.xensource.com] On Behalf Of freddie weng Sent: Thursday, July 24, 2008 5:33 PM To: Xen-Users Subject: [Xen-users] Apache connection problem... I''m using Fedora8.0. All the domain0 and domainU are Fedora.
Do I have to open the port 80 in both DomainU?
I didn''t do that, but one VM works while the other doesn''t...

It works!!
I opened the port 80 in iptables, and now I can access to that Apache!!
Sachin, thank you so much!!
I was tortured by this problem for more than 4 weeks and finally you helped me!!
I checked the first VM which can work originally, its port is not opened, but
it''s weird it can work.
Anyway, thank you so so much!!

That''s odd. Although port80 should be open automatically -
check anyway. I was specifically asking that because that was what prevented
Tomcat from "working" since 8080 wasn''t open. Can you access
both Apache servers
from localhost?
