I install these drivers on my system -
64bit dom0 Debian / xen 3.2; domU Windows XP (HOME/PRO) i386. 

However now my networking doesn''t work:
I have the new Xen Net driver installed, but its saying:
Windows Cannot Load the driver for this hardware: The driver maybe corrupt
or missing (Code 39) 

I check xen*.sys file is in C:\Windows\System32\Drivers.
I have the 4 xen*.sys files there, xennet is one of them..

my xen config. is:

Merhaba Erol Hocam,

Is this Windows XP a Turkish language version? That might be the source of
the problem. Are you booting with /gplpv switch in the boot.ini?  Is at
least SP2 applied to XP?

Is the SCSI Controller and SCSI PV Disk working?

I seem to remember having a similar problem on a machine I was testing.
