Xen users - May 2008 - how to get the utility ratio of physical cpu in xen?

I can only know the cpu time  each domain  gets by xentop. How can I get 
the utility ration of each physical cpu in xen?
Besides, which tools are usually used to measure the cpu performance  in 
xen system?
