Thank you for your reply, I apologize for the generic question.
What I have found is 5 VIPs on an interface ''works'', the 6th
and beyond
does not.
If I tcpdump and watch pings to/from the interfaces, the echo replies
return to the interface but not to the ping ''program'' for the
6th VIP
and up. But, ping does ''work'' for the 1st through 5th VIPs.
By 1st I mean the first VIP configured. The 5th VIP would be the 5th
VIP configured.
