hi,
i think its rather a linux error.
i created a new udev rule. just create a new file in /etc/udev/rules.d/ (eg
009_nic.rules) and add something like
KERNEL="eth*",SYSFS{address}=="macaddr",NAME="eth0"
this should fix it..
