Xen users - Oct 2007 - meaning of vcpu-list

Hi all. I have a simple question: the following output means that just cpu 0
is running, isnt''it?

[root@localhost ~]# xm vcpu-list WinXP_02
Name                              ID  VCPU   CPU State   Time(s) CPU
Affinity
WinXP_02                           2     0     0   r--     601.2 0
WinXP_02                           2     1     1   ---     600.0 1

That''s what it looks like.  (v)CPUs won''t always be active,
since if they''re
idle or descheduled they won''t need to use any real CPU time.
