Xen users - Nov 2006 - no /sys/bus/pci/drivers/pciback found on eth

Hi list,

now I try to pass my nic''s to a domU using the pciback.hide

Well - first experience: it does not work :-( 

Then google brought me to late binding, but there is no 

	/sys/bus/pci/drivers/pciback

on my machine... am I missing a small detail?
