Xen users - Oct 2006 - Xend exited with status 1.

hi,i am  using this kernel
[root@localhost xend]# rpm -qa|grep xen
xen-3.0.2-5.fc5
kernel-xen0-2.6.17-1.2174_FC5
kernel-xen-2.6.17-1.2174_FC5
kernel-xenU-2.6.15-1.2054_FC5

when i am trying to start xend command ,log contain ---------

[2006-10-30 08:22:06 xend] INFO (SrvDaemon:285) Xend Daemon started
[2006-10-30 08:22:06 xend] ERROR (SrvDaemon:299) Exception starting xend

I got this error using the fedora 5 packages, and was solved using the
xen-3.0.3_0-install-x86_64.tgz package from xensource.com
