Rails - Jun 2006 - RJS files not getting called in Locomotive...

I''m adding rjs stuff into my app for the first time, but my RJS files  
don''t seem to be getting called.  I''m sure its my fault - not
rails
or locomotive.

Does anyone have a really simple little rails app with an example of  
rjs that they could zip up and send me to try out?
