Xen users - Jun 2006 - iptables error

I have xen stable installed on a Celeron D 64bit with centos 4.3 as dom0 and
centos 4.3 as domU.

Now inside domU, i installed the iptables rpm. When i run iptables -L, i get
the following error

iptables v1.2.11: can''t initialize iptables table `filter'':
Module is wrong
version
Perhaps iptables or your kernel needs to be upgraded.

The kernel is the standard xen kernel 2.6.16-xen.

Does anyone have any idea how to get iptables running inside domU ?

Could the problem be that the dom0 is 64bit Centos and domU is 32bit ?

Any ideas on how to get iptables working inside the 32bit domU will be
appreciated.
