Hi all. Does anybody know which mainboards are with VT option support in BIOS now ? I am under the impression that one cannot use VMX without BIOS VT support even a CPU with VT feature (like PD 930) has been got. Does Gigabyte 8I945P-G Pro support VT option in BIOS? Any other candidates? Any information will be very appreciated :-) -- Best Regards Yuan, Jue @ www.yuanjue.net _______________________________________________ Xen-users mailing list Xen-users@lists.xensource.com http://lists.xensource.com/xen-users

We chose the Asus P5LD2-VM due to our good experiences with Asus, and then it was quite cheap too. It has the option in the bios and it is working fine here, we have been able to run Windows Server 2003 under Linux Debian. -- Best regards, Sune Christesen http://www.activewebs.dk/ _______________________________________________ Xen-users mailing list Xen-users@lists.xensource.com http://lists.xensource.com/xen-users
Have you tried to install any kind of Linux into DomU? Your DomU Debian is unmodified? I mean you really installed it into DomU image and it''s loaded by HVM not by XENified kernel. Unfortunately i only know the hardware configuration we used and what it was running. -- Kind regards, Sune Christesen _______________________________________________ Xen-users mailing list Xen-users@lists.xensource.com http://lists.xensource.com/xen-users

Could you please post the Kernel= line from xen.conf of your DomU? On 5/30/06, Sune Christesen <sune@activewebs.dk> wrote:> > Your DomU Debian is unmodified?
