This is a general question re the setup of XEN 3.0 on FC5. I am to install FC5 as s server with a static IP config. Should i install the xen package that comes with FC5 DVD or from source? Is therea howto for the source pakage? Rodger -- Echte DSL-Flatrate dauerhaft fr 0,- Euro*! I would recommend you install it from source. That way you need to add only the support you want actually in your kernel. I have always done xen installation in all our servers from source. You can follow the instructions at, http://www.cl.cam.ac.uk/Research/SRG/netos/xen/readmes/user/user.html#SECTION02140000000000000000 rodger ellis wrote:>This is a general question re the setup of XEN 3.0 on FC5. >I am to install FC5 as s server with a static IP config. >Should i install the xen package that comes with FC5 DVD >or from source? > >Is therea howto for the source pakage? > >Rodger > > >_______________________________________________ Xen-users mailing list Xen-users@lists.xensource.com http://lists.xensource.com/xen-users
