Rails - Jul 2006 - plugin creation: where to put "include Reloadable"

I''m writing my own plugin and for the purpose of not having to  
restart the server each time I modify it I want to follow this  
suggestion http://wiki.rubyonrails.com/rails/pages/ 
SomeImportantPluginNotes and include Reloadable in it.
I just can''t seem to figure out exactly where to put it. (I tend to  
get internal server errors?)
Anybody know the answer?
