wine users - Jan 2009 - How to get wine version 1.1.3?

Hello, I currently have Wine version 1.1.12 installed, how do I get version
1.1.3? The only versions I can see to download are on the winhq homepage.

The simplest way - compile from source. Or look through archives for your distro
(not part of winehq).
