This rings a bell. How big is your boot partition? I sometimes ran into this when I got a big ext4 boot partition (1Tb). If you keep it below about 20Gb you will not see it. I have not yet gone to the bottom if this due to lack of time and (in my case) a workaround, but it may have something to do with 64 bit support in ext4. Fwiw, Jur.
