I think the general guideline for postings on this list is that the
job should involve working with LLVM, which neither of these seem to.

We should probably document that somewhere, at least I couldn't find
any official mention on the website.

I confirm: offer that are not related to build llvm-toolchain based stuff are
not welcome here.

The fact that LLVM is not even mentioned as a “plus” in the past experience
makes these totally spam on this mailing list in my opinion.
