Take a lead role in development of our consumer-facing web applications

Work with UX experts in bringing concepts to reality

Bridge the gap between design and engineering

Major participant in designing and coding our next generation application 
platform

Create high quality cross-browser and cross-platform code

Analyze and troubleshoot front and back-end application performance

Identify and communicate best practices for front-end engineering

Support and encourage adoption of innovative open-source technologies and 
frameworks
