Rails spinoffs - Jan 2006 - Problem with sortables and draggables on same page.

here is my test page:
http://www.brianpeiris.com/test/temp.html
clicking on the buttons labeled "Edit Description", "Edit
Announcement",
"Add to Schedule" or "Add a Link" draggable windows should
appear.
if you drag anyone of them over the sortable list of links at the bottom of
the page and release the drag, the sortables appear above the windows.
Is this a bug in the code or in scriptaculous?
