Rails - Feb 2010 - How to get the multiple selected Combobox value

<select multiple="multiple" size="2"
id="user_name" name="user_name">
<% users.each do |user| %>
  <option value="<%= user %>">
    <%= user %>
  </option>
<% end %>
</select>

How to get the multiple selected value in the controller.

Now if I say
" puts params[:user_name] "

only the last selected value is coming .


Plzz Help
