Rails - Jan 2010 - Step by step guide on installing Ruby on Rails alongside WampServer

I''ve had a hard time integrating Ruby on Rails with my WampServer
install and couldn''t find any up to date info on Google, so I made a
step by step guide on how to do it. For those of you who are
