Rails - May 2008 - weather api

Hi all,

I''m looking for a weather service that I can query for weather
forcasts. It ''s imoprtant that it works for European countries.

Idealy I would send it a timedate and postcode and it would send me
the weather.  Beeing it free is ofcourse a big plus.

Someone has knowledge of such a service?
