I was trying to get to the Capistrano manual on the rubyonrails site, but the whole manuals part of that site seems to be down. Was down yesterday when I tried, and still down today. Any body know what''s up with that? Server just need to be restarted? I don''t mean to criticize, I''m just asking because I''d use it more often if there were a reason to switch. :) The API really isnt the problem; there are a lot of mirrors of that.
