Rails - Nov 2006 - Ruby on Rails

hi friends,

           I have a form in which i will be having three fields and 
there is another field which should be retreived from another table and 
displayed here. Now i am implementing check boxes for each column in the 
form and i have to give facility for deleting the marked checkbox 
columns. I am not able to take that column id and delete multiple 
columns (marked) at a time. Please help me friends.

how to show a cloumn in dropdown box and the selected field of the 
dropdown box should save in another table
