Any public example of versioning the entire ruby+rails environment with the source?
I''m interested in the idea of not only versioning my source code, but the entire run time environment in my project as talked about here: http://blog.x180.net/2005/07/rails_sandbox_d.html The basic idea is that you would do a checkout of the project, run make all, and then fire up the webserver. Does anyone have any other recommended reading I should check out? I bought the O''Reilly MAKE book and will most likely spend a lot of time experimenting, but the more wisdom I can get earlier on the better. Thanks! ~ Mike -- http://MikeZornek.com
