Rails - Jul 2005 - Where's that thread on creating another 'rails' command?

It seems to me there was a thread not long ago on how one might go  
about making their own "rails" command to create a slightly modified  
"standard rails" directory structure and code.

I''d like to create something similar for a
''productized'' version of
the rails basic structure.  Can anyone point me to that discussion?  
Dru Sellers has offered to head that up with me, so I''d like to  
gather what documentation is already available.
