Good morning ..
Thanks to your return !
Now let''s expose more data about my intent :
I live in São Paulo, the biggest city in Brasil, a third world country
trying to scale up .
Here, the cost of any bandwidth Internet connection is very high, and so I
can not afford to have 2 connections, but I am feeling that demand from my
customers, so I need to be prepared to implement such solution when it is
necessary, and I believe it will be very soon !
I have a gateway/firewall/guinea pig machine connected to an ADSL
connection, it is a mini ITX board from VIA and dual network ports .
My desktop machine is more powerful, AMD Triple core and 4 GB memory running
Debian as a host to several VMs with KVM as virtual tool .
My intention is to implement one of this VMs as gateway/firewall to 2 ISP
using my gateway/firewall/guinea pig to simulate both my test ISP,
that''s
why need an ip alias in this guinea pig, to simulate the second ISP, and
that''s why I need to masq this ip alias too ...
I hope this time I made it clear ... English is not my native language, I
doing my best ....
thanks in advance
