Xen users - Mar 2012 - VM's with HD in Physical XCP or XenServer

I wonder if it is possible to create a VM on XenServer with XCP or HD 
physical blocks (ISCSI), without the need to create a VHD file, 
recording directly on a LVM partition.
This is because the performance I / O of the disc.
