rsyncd.socket

Attached are systemd service files for starting rsync daemons on socket
connections.

It works just like inetd, a new daemon for each connection.

Rsync's source now has a packaging/systemd/rsync.service file for starting
the
daemon.  I've chosen to not include a .socket file at the moment.
