Or did I check it out incorrectly ?? The problems I've had are... The configure script seems to require libogg to exist before it will finish configuring. There are includes for ogg/ogg.h which doesn't exist, in fact the ogg directory doesn't exist. I also had similar problems. You can get around it to some degree, but include files are not in their final places, etc. I'm waiting for the file reorganization to continue too. After you get ogg/ done, things like ao/ are still very much borken. Erik. The directory given for the -L to gcc is ogg/include. So get worried iff there is no ogg/include/ogg/ogg.h. In that case, try checkout again. > Or did I check it out incorrectly ??Jack is in the process of merging his own branch into the postbeta2 branch, and this merge totally replaces the build system with automake. It's possible that you're seeing the merge halfway complete. Comments, Jack? Libvorbis is built on top of libogg.> There are includes for ogg/ogg.h which doesn't exist, in fact > the ogg directory doesn't exist.Of course not, because it exists in the 'ogg' cvs module.> Dave....not an CVS expert....Not a problem. This was a recent overhaul, and I fully expect to have to answer some questions to get everyone comfortable with it again :) jack. --- >8 ---- List archives: http://www.xiph.org/archives/ Ogg project homepage: http://www.xiph.org/ogg/ To unsubscribe from this list, send a message to 'vorbis-dev-request@xiph.org' containing only the word 'unsubscribe' in the body.
