Hmmm... there might be something wrong on your tcl/tk setup, but I'm not
really qualified to help with that.
For now, use chooseCRANmirror(graphics = FALSE) to get a text based approach to
setting that session's CRAN mirror. I personally prefer text mirrors
throughout, so I set options(menu.graphics = FALSE) in my .Rprofile.
