Create a package that allows users to get filesystem information (diskspace,
etc).  If possible, model in after Mike Hall''s filesystem package and
API.  See http://raa.ruby-lang.org/project/filesystem/ for more information.

This is partially complete.  See the ''sys-filesystem'' package,
available as part of the sysutils project.
