wine users - Jan 2012 - WoW: cannot open non-existing files

Hello everyone.

I downloaded the latest Version of wine with Yast.
And I want to play WoW.

I have allready the file "World of Warcraft" and I start the programm
with the command in the terminal:

wine "Z:/home/World of Warcraft/WoW.exe" -opengl

The programm starts, I can loggin and I see all my characters, but if I loggin
with one, there comes an instant error, from WoW and also from wine.
I can't see in the Error reports of wine oder WoW, where is the problem.
But I've looked into the terminal, and there is this:

Well, I think, the error is really because of my Interface, so I've looked,
what is wrong.
And I see: I haven't such files!
This files do not exist!

So, where is the fault? Is there anyon, wo can help me?

It appears that these two directories either do not exist or have
incorrect permissions.

The question is did you try to install this program using Steam and
into the user's local directory where you are logging in from?  Also,
did you look at the World of Warcraft Applications Database page for
hints on what you are trying to do here?

The files do not exist.

I have the "WoW"-file from an external hard drive, and on Windows I
used the folder as it is and all worked without any problems.
So, why wine need this two files on Linux while Windows can work without them?
That's the question.

Additionally: I tried to log in on more than just one charakter. And the
programm works if my charakter is not in a capital, like Orgrimmar or Dalaran.
But the interface-problems persist.
Maybe wine has some Bugs in the capital?

I see your system is 32 bit, so this may not be a problem with the openSUSE
packages; the reports I have seen so far have all been for 64 bit systems.

What I do see is that you need to install the proprietary driver for your
graphics card.
