Can anyone explain what the numopen in the log files signifies? Does this mean that the file is being opened X amount of times? Here is a brief description of the process There is a batch file that is run/queries 400 GB of data that resides on a Samba share. We are getting multiple errors and a snippet of the log file is below. We don?t get these errors if the 400 GB of data is move to a Wintel Share. Currently the data is running off Solaris. Any ideas?
