Hello. I've migrated samba to ldap, and everithing works fine except that when a user changes the password from an xp client receives an error indicating that the "old" password was wrong, but the password is changed in the server, so the user gets confused. Here http://lists.samba.org/archive/samba/2004-August/090254.html are a thread about this same problem; it's says that this was corrected in version 3.0.4. I'm runnig debian testing's 3.0.24 samba server with smbldap-tools 0.92. Xp clientes are pro SP2. smbldap-passwd returns 0. There is a workaround for this? Thanks in advance. Regards, -- Fernando M.
