Please refer to "The Official Samba-3 HOWTO and Reference Guide" (aka
Samba-HOWTO-Collection) Chapter 12, Section 12.3.2.
You may obtain the current version (rebuilt every 24 hours) of this book from:
http://www.samba.org/samba/docs/Samba-HOWTO-Collection.pdf
This reference means you can add any domain user or domain group to be a
member of the local "Power Users" group on any workstation by
executing:
net rpc group addmem "Power Users" "MYDOMAIN\Engineers"
-UAdministrator%password -SWINWRKSTN
