samba - May 2005 - Unable to load NLS charset utf-8

Hi,

my log is full with etries like this: Unable to load NLS charset utf-8
utf8 support is build into the kernel and selected as default nls page.

testparm /etc/samba/smb.conf -v|grep charset :
        dos charset = CP850
        unix charset = UTF8
        display charset = UTF8

so whats wrong?

Try not putting anything for unix charset or display charset and you'll
get the defaults. Those are, respectively, UTF-8 and LOCALE.
