[EXT] Re: max number of connections per ip
You can usually see from doveadm who or logs if your router/whatever is doing NAT.
Which would be the reason why 500 connections wouldn't be enough.

max number of connections per ip
I have been haunted by the following error message or months, that we
see using Thunderbird.
Unable to connect to your IMAP server.
You may have exceeded the maximum number of connections to this server.
If so, use the Advanced IMAP Server Settings dialogue to reduce the
number of cached connections.
If I change my location, via a VPN, the error message goes away and I
can connect.

Call not going through and failing because "never answered"
Hi,
I'm trying to use Asterisk to place Automated Voice Calls.
A verbose log from Asterisk CLI taken when I place a call in the spool
directory looks like this:

MP3Player(/myfile) (Retry 1)
== Using SIP RTP CoS mark 5

Sarbanes-Oxley headaches
Hi there,
With the new scrutinization by auditors on account policies and
auditing, how can Samba be SOX compliant?
Using 3.0.14a-sernet on Suse 9.1 - ldapsam
Specifically, a couple of things seem to be lacking:
1) Logon/Logoff times are not being recorded
The last logon time recorded in my ldap entries are pre-nt4 migration.
2) Do the Audit Policy values in user manager have any effect?

I think there is a doveadm backup for doing such things.
What do you guys do, recommend for backups??
Thanks

NT4 Workstation to Samba domain problem
...ys:
" Unable to connect to the domain controller for this domain. Have
your administrator check your computer account on the domain".
The account is fine if I map a drive - it asks for a password then
carries on ok. If I try to set up a computer account from NT Dr Watson
sticks his beak in and tells me there's a problem with rundll32 then
crashes the program.
I've got 2 machines with NT to sort out, and the rest are Win95.
They're fine. I need the NT machines done first - one of them is mine!
They both have SP4. Passwords are set to encrypted on smb.conf.
Can anyone...
