samba - Aug 2002 - _spoolss_addform: denied by handle permissions -samba-2.2.6pre2

We are using samba-2.2.6pre2 and have problem with the printer settings.
The printer settings (duplex, trays) do not apply properly to "none
admin"
users on the W2k clients. (it's all fine for root)

The log.smbd says:

  _spoolss_addform: denied by handle permissions.

Our smb.conf:

It is apparent a permission problem, but I can not find out what I am doing
wrong here.
