samba - Jul 2002 - assinging multiple owners/groups to a dir/file

We are using Samba+winbindd and was wondering if there a way at the 
Lunux system level to assign multiple owners and multiple groups 
permissions to a directory or file like you can on the Windows 2000 
Server?
