samba - Apr 2002 - User security

Hi List,

I have 2 SAMBA servers, both running on Solaris 2.7, one is 2.0.7, the
other is 2.2.22
One of them works fins for a given user, the other keeps asking for a name
and password
to connect as. I'm using USER security on both, so I assume that they
should be using
their valid UNIX username and password....

Anyone know why one would work and not the other???
