samba - Feb 2002 - cvs - move it is in the way messages

I am running cvs download of samba head 3.0x and it is giving a lot of "it
is in the way" messages.  I don't recall that from before.  I thought
it
would just overwrite the same file names.  Is that not the case, or has
something changed about how the cvs comes down?
